Soirée Cancellation Policy

Pre-Registration and Full Registration payments are non-refundable. Cancellations made 60 or more days in advance of a soirée will receive 50% credit to use towards a future soirée or for merchandise from The Palm Beach Style Store. Cancellations made within 30 days of a soirée will not receive any credit.

You must email michelle@friendsthatlilly.com if you need to cancel.

Friends That Lilly may change an event venue and SWAG if needed, with no penalty to either party. If weather (including rain) affects any planned event, we may relocate or cancel it for safety and practicality. Weather-related changes or cancellations are not the responsibility of Friends That Lilly and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

In the event Friends That Lilly needs to cancel a soirée due to lack of participation or extenuating circumstances, you will receive full credit towards a future soirée or for merchandise from The Palm Beach Style Store.

Credit expires one year from cancellation date.

*Exceptions may be made if cancellation is due to flight cancellations preventing travel, an unexpected illness, family emergency, or hardship.
